I think jadakiss albums espeacially his first joint is boring and is reaching too hard for that commercial success. And the joints he had on there that weren't commercial had weak hooks or corny ones like "I'm a Gansta" "what you ride for" (weka south attempt) and the joint
With snoop was weak too (the hook and beat was just simple) the neptunes joint was a straight dud "knock yourself out" they couldn't come up with any thing better than that?
It's like he bought the throw cheap joints from big producers the timbaland joint was boring, swizz didn't give him anything knockin

But damn if he stuck with alchemist it would have been speacial "feel me" "we
Gon make it" classic feel to them ...


Method man I can bump his shit and he has blackout and the tical series wasn't bad

"Knock Yourself Out" was a classic, club still goes crazy to this day when that joint comes on at least down here

Blackout isn't a Method Man solo so it doesn't count in this discussion

Meth's first album was doomed after a flood happened in the studio where it was recorded. They had to make a new album after that.

I wish someone had a backup of that original album. It might have been a better album.

IIRC some of those beats were also for Inspectah Decks first album too but my memory could be hazy

all the beats were the same samples, just re-worked from scratch.  which must have sucked for RZA.

Honestly I'd have to go with Meth, I like all 3 of JadaKiss albums and no doubt they could have been better with a bit of tweaking they all had some great music on there. But as for Meth Tical is a classic but the 2 other Ticals weren't up to the same level. 4:21 had some quality music on it but In my personal opinion Jadas solo's are a shade better than Meths bar Tical.
