TQ - They Never Saw Me Coming: Gangsta RnB, great flow to the album from beginning to end, with standout features from some west-coast heavy hitters.

Murder Was The Case Soundtrack: classic Death Row Records soundtrack, you all know the deal, even the few RnB features don't detract from the overall quality of the album, some of the best gangsta rap of the time to be found on here.

Gang Starr - One of the Best Yet: easily holds its own alongside other Gang Starr albums, DJ Premier did an amazing job on the production side with his beats and the trademark scratch collages.  Really strong and appropriate guest appearances on this one, a fitting end to the Gang Starr catalogue (if it is the last one?).

Snoop Dogg - Dead Man Walkin': decent album of tracks cobbled together from Tha Doggfather and LBC Crew sessions, and possibly shortly after.  A couple of tracks from here that I would have put on Doggfather if I was in charge of the tracklist, never understood why Suge/Big Hutch left the last track on here even though it can be found on the Doggfather album?

Dred Scott - Breakin' Combs: nice boom bap, jazzy beats and great rhymes from Dred Scott, in keeping with the style of rap that was popular at the time.  A very good album that must have been lost in the mix of all the other classics put out in 1994.
