There's a huge difference. Xzibit reps the West Coast...do you not remember the Restless era where he was all khakis & chucks, crip walkin, throwin up the W, etc etc etc? We don't consider him a West Coast artist because he lives here, we consider him one because he grew up here and reps here.

By your logic, 2Pac and Kurupt aren't West Coast. And Big Sean should hop on this song too since he's originally from L.A.
