yeah i know, i need to quit smokin. Cuttin down at the moment (only had 5 today, as opposed to havin about 10-15 a day for the past couple of weeks)

gonna quit by next weekend. and goin to gym everyday from startin today (went earlier) but i want something good to do that's cheap, fun and long lasting, lol. Sounds impossible but i know the answer's out there somewhere!

Carry  on with what yer doing lad.  Quit smoking, you dont need it your stronger than a ciggy lad.  If I was you adn I was going away for like ages I would go and find a girl or the girl who you have always liked and just be like how r you blah blah blah I am going away to the army and for sum reason wanted to see you.
