Leftover Refugee album lyrics
« on: December 08, 2014, 06:10:58 AM »
Feeling themuscles gettting weakened,
then its a ship steady sinking,
countin days till im leavin,
countin days to babylon judgement,
a grudge match with faceless ememies and no names,
preacher continually preaches about the same things.
Wonder if im too many years past my dreams,
one go  at life doesnt  seem fair,
memories evaporate into the atmosphere.
till never mentioned,
the prison of now and the freedom of the past
to which we wish we could escape.
is the future still bright or  is it too latte...
is it the second falll of the holy roman empire...
or is it thedawn of a new day, life unto life, everflowing.   All i know  is

Escaped the fall of Rome, like Sinbad,
on a giant wave and a whale this tale begins
at the ends of the Earth in Southeast Asia/
Where to be conscious meant you were a socialist/
Supposedly a crossroads of religious cultures
Where everybody is equal bunch of vultures
bringing the eagle from his apex
Yet the only peace of mind I find in the people
is when they are puffin on a ciggerette, let's keep it real/
made friends with a Holy man seeking spiritual elevation/
It turned out that he was a fag wantin sexual relations
but I did enjoy walking up and down the street
in a meet and greet session, adventuring into a new language/
turning pages in a translation dictionary, superficiality
So the haters don't try to overpower me
collectivist theories, maybe it brings up the bottom/
but don't go too deep beneathe it gets rotten/
I fell in the sewage of a sidewalk pothole/
saw beneath, the streets ain't clean it made me think/
Maybe Rome had it right, of maybe mankinds unjust/
Whatever, nobody gives a fuccc/
life is what you make it, we stripped naked
and nomadic once again, I'm glad cause thats what I was wantin  (Anyway)

Leftover lyrics:

Why to be conscious you have to be a socialist
one thing I just don't get
is why to be conscious you got to be a socialist
I just get why, I
got to be a socialist, just to have consciousness

Its like at that point you dont take it as a pervasive ambiguous story
but you really listen into the details like the guy that said its a relatively manageable diseasee
and its not for sure if man died fom it it hasnt been confirmed...
you listen to those details rather than jjust the headlines.
Felt last nighht dancing with pa that i was tthe only peson around the way with dallasi...
like they were all living like hiethcliff and had figured how to live and be happy without money
and then when someone comes with some its like a fiyat curency being used first time
its funny because the more stuff you clean the more dirt you find.
