This anarchy is getting out of control

The chaos we're seeing  in iraq has just gone to far now. I mean I can understand some looting but the place is almost empty now. They are even looting hostpitals. Thats just disgustng. I know they are just liberated but they're destroying their future. By all means attack symbols of saddams regime but to attack hostpitals is crazy. It doesnt look like any policing is being done either. Any idea what can be done? It's unfair to expect military to act as police but they may have to. This shit is starting to turn ugly after yesterdays images
