What happened to Soopafly

I didn't heard about him lately. No new tracks or productions.

I was bumpin today Dogg Food and I looked to the booklet. He played a lot of keyboards there. I'm pretty sure that he made most of work on this album. I mean Daz & Dre did drums and he do the rest.

Anyway, one of the most underrated producers.

Yeah fully agree with op, but along with beeing one of the most underrated producers hes also hella underrated as a rapper, hes dropped countless great verses and songs, and usually comes with straight heat. Remember beeing hella hyped for his doggystyle records album, sadly it never came out. Currently hes just hanging with snoop and the dpg as always I think, but he really shouldnt be that lazy and drop/produce some songs, maybe he'll be featured on the new tmw tape, he was on the previous ones on a couple of songs...

He would have been huge but stuck with the DPG movement which didn't gave him the money for a good album. He was dope. That video he did Like It or Not on DR was great.

On it called drug thing? Is that track new or just a recycled joint that was renamed and slapped on it? Haven't seen it around... The soundtrack is called gangstas most wanted I thunk

That's an old song, death row era, and to my knowledge, it doesn't exist.  I checked the soundtrack and the song isn't on the tracklist from other sites, but I took a chance and ordered the CD anyways, sure enough, Drug Thing isn't on there.  It's been one of my most wanted Soopafly songs for almost two decades.
