This guy needs to get with a real producer to get something new out of him. At least the worst of his early stuff was funny and/or catchy. I can't think of the last Eminem track that impressed me. I thought his verse on No Love with Lil Wayne was good when it was released, but other than that I'd have to go back to 8 Mile.

I mean if he simply has nothing left then so be it, but he has the talent, he just needs the direction. I'm not hip to the new scene of music, but he needs the modern equivalent of a Butch Vig. I don't mean in order to make hits. Those days may be done. I'm curious to see if he can make something GREAT.

I'd love to see him with Springsteen; someone that knows how to compose music and write masterful poetry that could better guide where Em is trying to go with a song and keep him from going too far, too fast, or too hard.
