Damn how's this topic getting no love!! Great news. I'm confused. He says it just came back without surgery of any kind and that it happened about a year ago while he was in jail. What was he locked up for?

Damn this is big!!  I think it would be epic if he came out with an album now.  I hope he doesn't waste it on some rushed mixtape, but really puts his all into creating a worthy comeback.

...When you think of big comebacks in music over a span of time, the only one I can think of is Meatloaf coming back in his older age after disappearing for so long.  So there would really be nothing on this scale, or with such extraordinary circumstances.

Dude is talking about it on Twitter. Apparently this is for real.

We NEED a new D.O.C. album now. We need the The Doc and the Doctor back together making some moves.

He's mentioned it a few times on Twitter.  He also said that it's nowhere near strong enough to record an album yet.

I went to the Box To Row website, but couldn't find the interview.  Hopefully it will be uploaded soon.  I'd love to hear it.

can't wait to hear his new voice
unfortunately he didn't recover it in time to make the Dre album :-\
what a throwback and surprise it would have been if he had his voice debut on the new Dre album

Would be cool with a new album.

I never really felt his old albums.

This is great news, I wonder how he sound now, but anyway he got his voice back, so that's alone is a big thing. Now we only need a comeback album & it's over
