You ever listen to 2014 Forest Hill Drive? I never really saw anything special about the guy but was very impressed by that album.

Besides the obvious choices like Drake, Big Sean, Tyga, etc the one that comes to mind for me the most is Dj Quik. Legendary producer but I've never really liked listening to him rap.

yeah my brothers the same way with DJ Quik. I absolutely cannot understand it but I say "to each his own".

A bunch of east coast rappers. I could tell they had talent and I could tell they made good music, but it just wasn't meant for me.

Knoc-turnal
Wu Tang Clan as a group-I liked gravel pit, the rapper method man's songs.
Drake
Flo-ryda at 1st it was never got into him but now he's considered a great rapper so he's overrated.  
Lil' Boosie
Soulja Fag


Tyga
Most of these new rappers I never heard of 2day.

I never got into Cypress Hill like that either, only heard their first album and Temples Of Boom (which I still own)
