IRC Help with Invasion Pt.II

I am very new to IRC, and i am trying to find the new Invasion mixtape Conspiracy Theory, and i saw a thread that gave some places to go, but the download kept stopping and shit. So if anyone knows a good place on IRC to go, and how to actually get the downloads to work (cuz I find this difficult cuz i'm new) please post in here and help me out, thanx!

if ur on a 56k modem then that might be why ur downloads keep stoping.

True ...
...a lot of servers have a minimum speed requirement to download from them, best bet is to either find another server with what you want on with no minimum cps (speed limit) or unfortunatly wait for few days untill the album is more widely available on more channels / servers

Nah nah I' on cable, so that aint the problem , but like it kept stopping and then if i went to re-downlaod it would resume , but i only got up to track 10, when i came back to it and i went to re-Dl it again and i think the guy got offline or something, cuz i could even re-start the DL. But if you know a good channel or an Fserve on a channel that has it, I dont really know how to get the files other than an Fserve, i did it with the one i tried by using something likg /msg Xddc pack#1 or something like that, and it just started DLing, so if u know some good channels and who has em it would help me alot.

ermm not too sure then it might be the person ur d/l'ing from having bad connections or just there internet is playing up.

yo man, you behind a firewall at all?  That can cause problems.  Also what type of IRC program are you using?  A good way to find up to the second info on which bots have the stuff you're lookin' for is to go to www.packetnews.com and do a search under efnet for "dj green lantern" or whatever.  This will give you the exact channel, bot, and packet number info.  It's complicated at first, but I guarantee that once you figure it out you'll be stoked you did!
