I hope it's the Rams. Stupid to have an NFC West Team playing in St. Louis. Did anyone read the relocation letter their ownership sent out? They took a colossal dump all over the city.

All up in the air right now, voting takes place next week, there's a lot of Pros and Cons for various theories on what's going to happen for all 3 possible Solutions (Everyone going, 2 going, none going), Right now the Rams/Raiders have been the main point of contention as people are constantly saying the other side is going to go or not go for BS Reasons, meanwhile the Chargers from all sources are apparently locked down to L.A,IE there isn't no real controversy on them moving over there. Here's some of the Cons and pros for the teams situation on moving/staynig, because it'd be easier then listening the theories for the 3 solutions.

The Rams situation is fucked up because of the FAA and the fact they have no major Fanbase there (they were basically obsolete and non-existent on the sports scene) right before they left in 95. They walked away early from the negotiations from a City that's willing to work with them, and give them money. the guy backing em his stadium is being shot down by the FAA. They can build it smaller and wider to compensate, but even that's not getting a greenlight, but it hasn't been rejected either. However when it comes to Funding they're golden, and they can use the legacy of them being in L.A. to claim there is a fanbase there for em. They currently have the backing of all the white wannabe elitist reporters, constantly talking shit on the Raiders, ignoring the chargers, and trying up there profile in the city. Everyone knows it's bullshit though.  They've openly shat on on there city, so there fan base is pissed. Stadium would be inglewood, but if denied possible placed in the Carson set up.

The Raiders situation is fucked up because Oakland refuses to pay for the entire thing it's self, They're willing eat the debt of the previous renovations and try and work with Oakland on a stadium, the main issue is mainly money and lack of proper investors. The developer in L.A. wants them and the chargers to build a stadium together in Carson, the Raiders are willing to share, and even move outta the AFC-West Conference if needed. They followed all NFL protocols to the very last day, the issue is the  team is hated by all the other owners, and the Raiders organization is seen as dysfunctional. They also can't pay the moving fee, but it's possible that could be paid over a number of years, not all up front like normal. They however got the biggest fanbase in the L.A. Market, Meaning they'll be supported from the getgo, and they have a strong relationship with the investor who is going to fund part of the stadium build in Carson. They have history in L.A. for bring them the first and only super bowl that they had. Oakland is currently outta talks to keep them until the vote has passed, if they are rejected they will continue to work with the Raiders on the stadium situation. They're only available in the Carson set up as the investor in Inglewood has no interest in em. Mark Davis stated he will sue (like before) to move the team. The actual laws/NFL Bylaws haven't be changed since the original lawsuit the raiders won, which it's self sets a precedent. However I believe like last time if they move this way, the NFL will block them like last time to get a stadium built.

The Chargers situation is tied into the Oakland situation, however the Chargers have no current issues with the other NFL owners, the main issue is the fact they'll be over looked in L.A. as either The Raiders or Rams have more history with the city, and a bigger fan base then them. The Chargers also walked away from the negotiation tables early, however  San Diego unlike St. Louis. wasn't giving them money for the stadium, it's unclear just how far the talks progressed before the chargers just walked away.  The general consensus is if the chargers are going, there won't be a fight however there situation requires the raiders. The possibility of them sharing the Carson stadium with the rams is also there if the Raiders lose the vote.

The Solutions goes as follows

Everyone stays another year in there respective cities, with The Rams having the realistic possibility of a new stadium, while Oakland and San Diego more or less stay in talk for the year (the issue has always been money, and that won't change in a year unless Investors are found).

Inglewood - Rams Solo

Carson - Raiders/Chargers or Rams/Chargers (If the Rams situation falls threw), the idea of Raiders/Rams hasn't be floated due to the fact that the majority of owners hate the raiders.

However a third solution is possible although unlikely.

Either 1 or 2 teams move down there in Separate stadiums. The logistical issues involving this is mainly Money. Inglewood would be strictly solo, no sharing, Carson would require more money for a solo venture.

Like I said until the vote is in,  nothing is certain, it's all hype and rumors. The only way to truly know what direction they'll go in is once the vote is over.
