Reggie basically said that Cook has no chance of getting the starting spot. He fell because people questioned his leadership abilities and attitude problems. I guess he rubs people the wrong way and has way too big of a head. Reggie basically said Carr is the leader of this team, Cook is there to challenge McGloin for the backup spot and they hope Cook could develop into a starter someday so they can trade away. Cook's an investment.

Presscott was a result of Jerry not being smart enough to trade up for Paxton Lynch, knowing that Denver was QB needy. They have Mark Sanchez, who will start. But Denver needs a QB of the future, and Lynch was that guy. It was obvious Denver needed a young QB to groom, and Jerry didn't trade up to get Lynch before Denver did. Then they got blind sided by Oakland trading up to grab Cook, which to be fair is something Reggie McKenzie never, ever has done in the past. Dallas might have had a great draft game plan, but it all fell apart around them.

and they wasted the 4th overall pick on a RB...RB's are a dime a dozen when you have a great o-line

I agree, this was not one of Jerry's best drafts. But then again looking at Jerry's past drafts, it's not one of his worse either.
