Suge Knight’s legal woes continue to mount as the days pass on. According to the New York Daily News, the former Death Row leader and his attorneys plan to file a motion to lower his $10 million bail.

In a statement issued to the news site, Knight’s fiancee Toi-Lin Kelly remains optimistic on the court’s pending decision. “We have a really great shot at our next bail hearing,” she said. “Suge is really willing to go to trial tomorrow. That’s how much compelling evidence we have. We are very ambitious about moving forward to trial.”

Knight is currently trying to prove his innocence following the death of Terry Carter, 55, after he striked the Compton resident, and another man who sustained injuries, Cle “Bone” Sloan. Knight also alleged that Dr. Dre ordered a hit on him as a way of getting out of a contract that would allot 30 percent of Dre’s gains to Knight.
