this album came n went

how do you figure that? it just hit 2x platinum and still moves 50K a week, still has videos dropping... biggest rap album of the year, fact

maybe it's just me .. feels like it ain't really buzzin no more, and the loyalty video was dope but i don't see it really gettin as much hype as the new jayz shit for instance

I still hear HUMBLE. when I stream Power 106, and in Minnesota they treat Kendrick songs like a BIG deal. So I think the album has some staying power. I still don't call it a classic, but it's a damn solid album could be seen as a classic after a few years. It's not TPAB, as TPAB was a straight masterpiece from the first listen, which made it easier to elevated to classic status. But not every masterpiece is a classic and not every classic was an instead masterpiece at first.

masterpiece and classic is interchangeable to me

considering the competition, it was well deserved...

big krit, vince staples, and mozzy shoulda been nominated in the rap category.

at least mozzy got a shoutout tho

So I've changed my mind on this album. I still listen to this, along with Black Panther, on my ride to work. I love to pick songs and interchange them. With that said, to me, this is just me, DAMN. is a classic!
