this is finished enough that we can use it. i'd rather be improving it in place, than forever getting it ready and you guys not using it!

• Forum upgraded to new, current generation of software. This included a do-over of the layout
• Forum moved to dubcnn.com
• Forum reorganised into 3x3x3 as follows:
• Newly created West Coast Connection Section is now for discussion of current / new west coast releases. I moved some posts over to kick things off.
• Rule of thumb, keep it under 10 years.
• West Coast Classics is for dicussion of old releases, ruthless, death row, 2 Pac theories etc
• Main section includes a link back to our sponsor, dubcnn.com
• A new section created to house The Vault, Outbound and The Lab  (was The Studio), called this Elements for want of a better name..
• Sports has been merged with Entertainment & Gaming.
• Nate Dogg memorium forum has been merged wtih West Coast Classics

i know there are colours on the login page to fix, and smileys appear a bit broken.. and the video addon is gone (for now)
but i'll get it all working

i also dont like the menu colours, and some stuff on the side of profiles isnt too nice either.

few more glitches

- neither the css or html tests linked at the bottom pass the tests - lol
- if poss split the theme name this was based on link, and the dubcc part at the bottom of the forum (that can be used to reload the page)

(any link to a post on dubcc in a post should have been updated.. things like the vault index were updated)
