Good interview, Daz a funny muthafucka. It's a shame people always ask him the same questions though.

Someone mention me??

Yeah this is the first time Daz has really came off good in an interview since MTV spotlighted him and Kurupt when the Dogg Food album dropped (interview with Suge, the speaker system, and Kurupts dog running away).  He had a couple other good interviews back in the Death Row days, Russel Simmons The Show he came off good, and actually now that I think about it, the Source 98' feature on Revenge Retaliation and Get Back which got him in hot water for calling Snoop "Hollywood" and claiming Dre stole credit from him (braggin he produced half of Chronic and Doggystyle).  Wasn't smart though, Snoop forgave, but Dre's never worked wit him since.

As big of a fan as I am of Daz I never felt it really translated to interviews.  But in this interview you really get a sense of who Daz is and where he's coming from and they take a walk through the years and he drops a lot of unknown facts and anecdotes along the way.  Like who knew his mom was actually a professional soul singer?  Or Ice Tea having to get him in a club because despite all the success people still didn't know his face?

Great stuff from Daz.  Maybe his best interview.
