The Truth Hurts LP. He wanted her singing over it, but was convinced by others to let Busta & Rakim have a go, then in the end, gave it to 50. Ras Kass and possibly others thought it needed a hardcore (gangsta) Rapper. Shame. If Truth's LP sounded like that, with her doing her operatic R&B thing, it would have been hella dope and set my expectations of Ra's LP beyond what they already were (if that's possible?).
