Mo Thugs – Chapter II: Family Reunion

1. Intro…Smooth opening featuring Krayzie Bone with Felecia on background vocals.  4/5
2. Mighty mighty warrior…Smooth track featuring Wish, Thug Queen, Souljah Boy and Felecia.  3.5/5
3. Mighty Mo Thug…Simple beat, but Soujah Boy flows well with it.  Layzie runs away with the beat.  3.5/5
4. Heart of it…Scant is featured here.  Nothing spectacular.  Again Layzie runs away the beat and flows well.  3.5/5
5. The queen…Head noddin’ beat with newcomer Thug Queen.  Krayzie does a great job on the hook.  3.5/5
6. Riot…Flesh spits a rapid fire flow on this track, but overall it’s boring to listen to.  3/5
7. All good…Very radio friendly track.  Up temp beat featuring R&B singing style of Felecia with a verse featuring Krayzie Bone.  3/5
8. Ghetto cowboy…A unique track.  Very different style for Bone.  Very innovative concept of western life.  4.5/5
9. Believe…With new group MT5.  Krayzie and Layzie are the only thing that save this song from getting a 1.  2/5
10.   Urban souljah…Slow, laidback beat with a nice piano loop.  It has a melancholy feel to it.  Graveyard Shift work the mic well.  4/5
11.   Ain’t said no names…Eerie beat and lyrics geared at “Bone clones”.  Krayzie puts down 2 tight verses and Tombstone flows a tight one too.  4/5
12.   Mo thuggin’…Upbeat track with Poetic Hustlaz.  Decent lyrics.  3.5/5
13.   U don’t own me…Laidback R&B track with Potion and Krayzie.  Krayzie lays down a helluva tight smooth chorus with the help of Potion.  4.5/5
14.   Ride with a playa…Another upbeat track which features Krayzie Bone and Ken Dawg.  3/5
15.   Pimpin’ ain’t easy…This beat is so overused.  MT5, II Tru, and 4-U-2-Know are featured on the track and I’m not interested in hearing any of them.  1.5/5
16.   Otherside…Average beat, but Layzie and Krayzie Bone make the song with strong verses.  3.5/5

OVERALL…6/10

Not as good as the first one.  It definitely does not have the same kind of replay value.  The best verses are by Bone Thugs members.  I wanted to hear more tracks from Graveyard Shift and Poetic Hustlaz, but only one song each from them.  Slightly above average album.

This CD sucks, but "All Good" is much higher than 3/5.

i never really cared for mo thugs but i got this today, and damn its way better than i expected, mostly cuz krayzie is all over this album. Aint Said No Names is a classic song!, everyone should definitely give this album a listen. and oh yeah i saw bone and mo thug in concert a lil while ago and they performed "Heart Of It" and man it sounded SOOOO much better live, they put so much heart and emotion into it, they were yellin it, it sounds much better with all that energy.
