5/10 its good album but its 20 years too late. I can't take them seriously no more at their ages doing the MOB shit. Bay area has too many others doing the same shit.

It has some good tracks, "So High" is perfect for the Spring, it's fonky!
My other favorites: "Fo Sho" (I've been listening to it since last Summer), "Carpal Tunnel", "Bare" and "Blame".

I really enjoyed it! 40 & B-La still got it and I dont know if it's because its been a while since they dropped but it sounded good like it's been while!
Reason why E-40 needs to stop putting 2/3 albums every year!

Extremely good and solid album.

For the people who say that E-40 and B-Legit are too old to be doing this, I gotta ask you:

What you want them to rap about? Life at 50 years old? Rapping about fucking an old bitch, paying for your kids' college tuition, buying life insurance, creating your will, sitting on the couch all day, all that depressing shit? Nah, I'll pass on that. Let them stay on that Young Nigga shit.

B-Legit sounds better than E-40 on this album. Bela's solo work is never that great, but when he's on a trick with E-40 he really kills it.

Bela's solo work is never that great.

I beg to differ. Tryin' to Get a Buck and The Hemp Museum are quintessential mob music albums which both defined and pushed the genre to its limit. The musicianship on these two albums is incredible, with Studio Ton's mastery on the former and K-Lou's, Sam Bostic & Mike Mosley's, Funk Daddy's excellent productions on the latter. The Hemp Museum is mob music at its most evolved and refined form. it's arguably better than any E-40 album bar In a Major Way and Federal. And to this day it contains some of B-Legit's hardest songs and verses : Check It Out (feat. Kurupt & E-40), Gotta Buy Your Dope from Us (feat. Lil Bruce & C-Bo), Ghetto Smile (feat. Daryl Hall), City 2 City (feat. Levitti) (arguably B-Legit's best solo song), Niggaz Get Their Wig Split (feat. Celly Cel & C-Bo), Gets Down Like That (feat. A1), D-Boy Blues. B-Legit in his prime. Can't get any better than that. If you dig deeper past these two masterpieces you won't find any album coming close but you'll get your fair amount of vintage Bela track with Brandt Jones on his A Game : Rap Star (one of B-Legit's hardest songs), Destiny (City 2 City part. 2), I'm Dyin' Wit Mine (feat. Lil Keke), It's in the Game, Hard Head Nigga, Gold Ones (with Richie Rich), Scared Man (incredible beat) on Hempin' Ain't Easy, Luv 2 Get High (with Young Buck & UTP), Fo' Real on Hard 2 B-Legit, Kick It 2nite on Block Movement, G.A.M.E. (with Mac Dre & Taj-He-Spitz) on Throwblock Music, Best Friends on What We Been Doin'.

As for this album it's disappointing. It's good to hear Bela and 40 going back and forth especially since I'm a fan of these two but let's be real for a minute they didn't really put in work for this album. First off it's 58 minutes long while having 19 tracks (including two skits). Each time they're doing barely two verses, sometimes they go back and forth but it sounds rushed as fuck. I agree with the poster saying that it's about twenty years too late for that album. The beats sound repetitive, nothing really terrible but nothing really dope either.
