I made a similar thread to this a while back, and all of the usual suspects have been mentioned  :D

To add on though, Tyler, the Creator has a sort of deep, raspy rapping voice, probably helped, perversely, by his suffering from asthma. 
I'm reminded also of Tone Loc's feature on Above the Law's 'Uncle Sam's Curse' album - almost comically raspy.
