How old is everyone?

I was just wondering how old everyone else is that posts on this message board. I am 22, and I am embarassed someimes to still be listening to groups such as Snoop, Dogg Pound, and the Eastsidaz. Alot of people my age have given up on rap and listen to rock, r&b, etc......or listen to more "mature" rap like Mos Def, Common, etc

Anyway, are there any DPG fans on here even remotely close to my age?

yeah man there is a lot but we have kindda had this in the AG forum. anyways yeah theres a whole lot a people older than you that like DPG

I'm 19, and as long as Snoop, Eastsidaz, Dre, Eminem, Kurupt, etc. are droppin albums I'll be there on the release date to snatch them up.  The Chronic and Doggystyle were the albums that really got me listening to rap 24/7.  

The older I get however the more tend to listen to more conscious hip-hop like Talib, Mos, Poor Righteous Teachers, Dead Prez, MC Serch, etc..., sometimes it feels like I have an identity crisis or something.   When I freestyle, naturally I start rapping about shit I've been listening to or thinking about, and I'll go from being a gangsta, to being a deranged scychopath, to prophet, to teacher, preacher, , it's fucked up, but I guess I have balance.

First of all, I cant agree that DPG is immature. Im 22, and I think that there cant be a better example of a grown man than Snoop or Daz. They just prefer to have fun rather than preach. Fuck them haters, CWalker, if u listen to it, just do it, and shit on everybody who s given up rap. Rap is the music of the new millenium, so fuck them rockers, punkies, countrysiders etc etc.

Every man prefers listening to an artist who's of a same type of mood with him. If I feel good and feel like Ima conquer da world, I listen to some DPG shit. If I'm feeling grimy & heavy, I put some Brotha Lynch Hung on the plate. If I think about life, I take Black Star. If I wanna feel perfection of the sound and an unlimited thought, I pick up Wu-Tang. CWalker, your friends somehow have lost the taste of sunny weather in their lives, thats why they abandon DPG. The Dogg shit is the music of bonafide businessmen who make money and still manage to enjoy life. Join it or abandon rap at all.

Personally me, I live in a neighbourhood where rap is listened by about 10 guys, thats all. I met a boy who thought DrDre is the head of WuTang. Still I listen to it cuz I love it, THATs MY MUSIC. I OWN IT BCUZ I LOVE IT. Dont betray what U love. Peace.

18, I might b at that age where everyone thinks u only listen 2 Adult Content music 2 rebel but thats jus' BS. Alot peeps say you'll grow out of it, but in all honesty I don't think I will, I don't want 2, i'm scared jus' incase I do though, lol. Furilla, I've listened 2 Hip-Hop/rap since I can remember an' I'll continue until I stop feelin' that spark I get when I do listen.
