Quik saying that Nipsey Hussle was more like a Malcolm X and immediately after goes on to say that he was more politically involved that he wouldn’t even put him in the “Biggie & Pac” category? What?

Sorry Quik, I’ll agree that Nipsey Hussle did great ‘local’ community work and really wanted to help create change. I’ll even go as far as claiming the LAPD has influence over his death, but to try and downplay 2Pac’s political ambitions like that, never mind blanding ‘2Pac and Biggie’ together as co-equals in political character is ridiculous. Nipsey had 15 years in a less problematic environment than 2Pac. 2Pac had less than half that time (even more so with the prison stint) with an extremely busier schedule.

I don’t know if it’s because Quiks last album only sold 8,000 copies or that he hasn’t seen gold in over 20 years but there seems to be a lot of dry hate lately with 2Pac, even artists like Prince and Michael Jackson too in the past year or 2.
