i think the discription how it is now is fine. i do agree with Mister America that the name 'outbound connections' is the problem. let me think about a different name though

Yeah, but coast to coast is so un-anything cool.  That's just a typical thing, first thing that would pop in your head type of name.  Somebody needs to think up something creative.
