were talkin about people callin ja a biter for usin pac beats etc and not callin 50 and em biters for usin pac beats lyrics and concepts....aint a damn thing wrong with sampling or remaking a song...but...these people here want to bash anythin ja does just cuz 50 and em hate him...thats the damn truth...if ja had made that hail mary track dissin 50 and em...with the same lyrics just aimed at the others...i bet this thread would be non exsistant...am i right?...

Did 50 Cent or Eminem ever release a 2Pac remake comercially to make money off it ??
Ask yourself the same question about Ja..

em uses some of pacs lyrics...and his whole cadence...50 mirrors all of pacs verse...they use his beat...but its ok...cuz its em and 50....and em and d-12 remake hit em up...but theyre not biting...its ok...its em...ja rule uses a tupac beat...oh hes biting...u fuckas are some ignorant ass double standard havin muthafuckas....there aint no damn difference if its on an album or a mixtape...theyre "biting" the same person for the same purpose...to get attention...why dont ALL of u foos get the dicks out ya ass and mouths and understand...quit the double standards...just cuz its ya favorite white boy dont mean tis ok...

no they not.. neither Em nor 50 have to do anything to get attention..
Hail Mary 2003 = parody.. plus they didn't get any money of it.. plus they don't need to be on Pac's dick to get attention they are obviesly the 2 biggest hiphop artists right now..

as for the rest i said this before..

Quote
as for Quitter.. this not even serious, they just chosed this one cuz it's a classic diss track and made a 'funny' "remake" cuz D12 could 'replace' the Outlawz.. they couldn've done that with Fuck Wit Dre Day, Real Muthafuckin G's or whatever plus the beat makes it possible to make a fun-diss

Em's not looking for Pac's image and neither is 50.. look at Em's behaviour in his videos.. he's totally different and 50 said it several times that his attitude's nothin like Pac's and that any comparison is silly anway

Then what you're saying is that if you make money off of a sample, you're biting? In that case Dre is biting, Quik is biting, Jay-Z is biting, and every other rapper is biting because ever rapper samples. That's dumb because a sample is a sample, no matter who does it.

JUST REWRITING IT IN PROPER ENGLISH BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ON THE BOARD MIGHT NOT HAVE UNDERSTOOD.

Thanks, keep up the good work..  8)

And Souffside, I'm not saying sampling is biting, I'm saying to "rework" a track is biting, if you don't come original..
Like A1 or N*Sync redoes old tracks with no twist on it what so ever, it's clearly biting..

It's also not biting if you're intentionally "biting" to piss somebody off, IMO..
You don't need to be smart to understand that Ja Rule probably was furious after he heard how Em/50/Bus remade one of his idols biggest hits..

Nope.
There's nothing wrong with adding your twist on a remake, and maybe even take it to new heights and the next level, but if you virtually COPY the track, then it's biting.

With some remakes you can't even tell it sampled something..

I don't think some people realize how Eminem is spittin' most of his verse.

See 50 comin' for me I'ma guard my, my position
No one'll pay attention to me, please Gotti
Here I go, give me this pill
Ecstasy done got me feelin' so invincible
Now all a sudden I'm a fuckin' mad man who screams like I'm Pac
But I'm not, enemies, Hennessy
Actin' like I'm great, but I'm fake, I'm crazy
Sweat drip get me off this trip, someone stop this train
Some say my brain is all corrupted fuckin' with this shit
I'm suck, I'm addicted to these drugs, I'ma quit
sayin' motherfuckas names before somebody fucks me up

Get it?
