I think @Okka is referring to that being a beat somebody already used, but I think it’s just the same sample. It sounds like that Doors sample used on Jay-Z’s The Takeover.

Sounds closer to Ice Cube's - It Takes A Nation more so than Takeover to me... He performed this song as the entrance music of Raymond Daniels for his fight as well.
