The Notorious BIG - Born Again
« on: April 06, 2020, 11:55:46 PM »
I remember buying this cd off Amazon when it came out in 99. I really liked it when it came out but now revisiting it 21 years later I feel like I appreciate it more knowing thereís no more biggie coming. Really hope thereís something we havenít heard before but I doubt puff would sit this long on a unheard big verse

Also Nas was clearly influenced by Come On for his song It Never Ends

I still can't listen to Biggie out of loyalty to Pac

"I will make records as big or bigger than Death Row".   -Dre, Source 1996

"I didn't do nothing but make people money and I didn't leave nobody high and dry.  Any album (on death row) people are going to check for.  But it's time for Dre to worry about Dre.  I'm focused on the new Snoop Doggs, not like that but you know what I mean."

You're a grown man. That's something a 12 year old would say. You're missing out on some great music over your loyalty to a dead person.

nothing classic or groundbreaking like his first 2, but still had some great stuff on it
