Was on a long drive—had time to give this album a full listen twice thru.  Was pretty stone at the time so the album sounded like a banger but I maybe I was just having a good trip.  Played it after the ganja had worn off and it didn’t seem to bang like before.  Still here’s some early notes...

— better than Lost Tapes 2 and that Kanye produced album from a few years ago

— in the bottom half of Nas albums

— Firm had a bangin comeback joint, beat was infectious and all verses were flames—even Foxy

— like the joint where he gives props to Jordan over Lebron

Holy shit this album is bangin'. I was watchin' the new Drink Champs episode with Cormega and I decided to finally listen to this from the beginning to the end. I thought about saving it to Christmas Eve, but I just had to check it out and I'm glad I did. Hit-Boy did a good job. I feel like I wanna listen to the album again, since it's so short. I can definitely it's one of the best albums that came out this year. I hope Nas is gonna put out that music video for "Full Circle". Are there no CD's of this in the stores? All I see is vinyl in my local record shop. Does that come with a free download of the album??
