Like Dre says in Source magazine summer of 96' (paraphrasing)... "They wanted me to produce for Michael Jackson, for Madonna—but I like working in house with new talent.  If I get a group of hungry artists in there that want to work, then I can make a hit."

Dre said, he is a big MJ fan but he didnt see how their both styles could work together in another one.

Eiht sounds trash on quiks production. Rosecrans proved it.

Eiht doesn't suit funky beats. He's sounds the best on slow jazz style beats like cmw days early eiht production.

Agree with this.

I feel like I'm in the minority but I hate Quik's production from the latter part of his career. I wish he would go back to the style that he delivered on his first three albums...
