I always thought the drums on Forgot About Dre were weak and that's what they start off with.

I would list:

Still Dre

Nuthin But a G Thang

Keep Their Heads Ringin'

Natural born killaz

The Wash

The Lady Of Rage - Afro Puffs

Blackstreet - No Diggity

Snoop Dogg - Round Here

Knocturnal - I Like

The D.O.C. - Judgement Day

Teddy Riley produced No Diggity

"While credited to Teddy Riley, the musical backing is actually an incognito production by Dr. Dre, who was in the process of extricating himself from his label Death Row Records.[citation needed] The beat to "No Diggity" was initially offered to rapper 2Pac for his Death Row debut All Eyez On Me by label boss Suge Knight, but with Dre leaving the label he sold the beat to Teddy Riley."

Yes, Death Row was unable to use the Dre beat and was forced to remake it.    They even used Teddy Riley's ex-group member from Guy (Aaron Hall) on the song.  At the time Aaron Hall hated Teddy Riley.

Just another example of how much Dre adds to the production. 2pac's song was cool, but production wise it was not good.

Toss It Up from the 7 Day Theory album.

Regarding the best Dr. Dre beats, of course there are tons of contenders.  I haven't watched the video yet but I will say that Boss' Life, Outta Control Remix, G'd Up and The Set Up are some of my favourites of the second half of Dre's production career.

I love the simplicity of the Outta Control remix, but its so effective at the same time, similarly I like the clean, hard bass of the Set Up along with that unique knocking sound that dominates the beat.  G'd Up and Boss' Life manage to be both chilled out and hard at the same time.

There are so many brilliant Dr. Dre beats from 1988 to now that it becomes hard to narrow them down to 10.

Mack 10's - Hate in your eyes - not on anyone list?

Chin Check and Hallo produced by Dre? then they should be close to a top 10 to.
