The greatest rapper of all time, and will remain so for eternity.

I’ve been listening to his music since around 1998/99 when I used to hear his track Changes on the radio and I knew I was hearing something special. I will continue listening to his music until the day I’m no longer here.

I would have loved to see what he would be doing if he was still here today.

Happy 50th birthday 2Pac  8)

Amazing never-before-seen poem called Lost Soulz written for Jada Pinkett from Pac shared in honor of his 50th:

no doubt the best rap icon ever.

if he'd live he was going to be 50 and he would still feel young to record like a mainstream artist.

Pac...50?   Impossible.

Shit, it seems like it was only yesterday that I was in Grade 9 when my friend ran up to me in the mall to tell me Pac had been shot (the first time).

I started listening to rap like the Fat Boys when I was 8 or 9, was big into NBN when Hip Hop Hooray came out, loved Doggystyle and Enter the Wu-Tang, but....for me, the album that really connected more than any other was Me Against the World.   Prior to that, I'd only heard a few singles of Pac's and seen him in Juice, but MATW changed everything and cemented my love of Hip Hop.   It's one of my top 5 favourite albums and the album of his I most listen to to this day (that, and THUG LIFE vol. 1).

Pac was and always will be my favourite hip hop artist.   Much LOVE!

Me Against The World was an incredible album.

For me, the first song from Pac that really sucked me in was If My Homie Calls... the sound and the lyrics, just everything about it was what friendship used to mean. Great fucking song.

As far as a full length album, it was All Eyez On Me. That album was my youth on wax. SO many memories are tied to that album.

Collectively though, give me anything from Pac and I'm good.

Legend. Genius. Philosopher. Artist. Intellectual. Activist. Soldier. Leader. 2Pac Forever.
