Eiht needs to holla @ someone like Gongu Roach. Eiht might be owed millions. Isn't some of his music in GTA?

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against the Industry sort of like how the nba players had that anti trust lawsuit against the league. No gag order tho! Everyone who signed as a minor, didn't have legal representation present and/or had labels lawyers playing both sides have very strong cases. Artist need back money owed with damages and rights to their music and publishing handed back to them. In some cases the master recordings. Guilty parties need to pay up, be shamed publicly and in some cases need to go to jail. There needs to be some sort of, I don't know how to articulate it but like how if an employer gets sued over sexual harassment or racism and they are required to change their training proceeders for employees so it doesn't happen again. Something like that so artist know their rights. Laws need to be changed to stop the music industries unethical practices of raping artist period. It's up with the music industry.

I just posted a lecture in train of thought where the speaker said that there is no statue of limitations for fraud in law. Eight could go at Unknown but also the record labels who did business with him over his music on the grounds if fraud. If Eiht's contract wasn't legal with Unknown then Unknown's contract wasn't legal with Epic.

There are also perpetuity laws in place where Eiht has rights.

Another thing is this known fact about record labels basically giving artist loans that they have to pay back. Cool, let's keep that same energy in the court of law. Another way to get them is by arguing that the music industry is targeting poor, uneducated youth by giving out predatory loans. There are laws on the books against this especially in regards to race.

Gongu Roach did an interview recently and he mentioned doing business with Suge Knight, mentions the Above The Rim soundtrack, Suge wanting to sue Snoop and an associate of Suge's buying artist out. Starts shortly after the 38:00 minute mark.
