Yeah I mean at one point he had them ready to sign to aftermath I remember, around there Swizz Beats time, I mean damn hearing Bizzy go off at the end of the For the Love of Money on Compton would have not made it a skipper even tho Jon Conner goes off on that one. It really wasn’t needed on the album now ur right if Bone was involved it wile have made it Full Circle with Eazy…

You skip that track??  It’s still a banger, but they coulda even just had like Krayzie sing Anderson Pak’s parts and had Flesh spit Conners verse, he could’ve even used the same lyrics... something like that would’ve been classic

It wouldn't have made the album any worse but definitely would not have helped. The album was so bad.

my ancestry = maimonides. one of the goat torah scholars whos teachings are world renowned. the album will be based on those teachings and the overall theme of the rambam.

Dre should've scrapped Compton altogether and come up with something that actually lives up to his name and legacy. We've only gotten 3 albums from him since 1992. To say he could've done better is the understatement of the century. Just my own opinion. I'm sure plenty will disagree.

other than the movie there was no real promotion for Compton...always thought that was weird but it still went at least gold

Definitely disagree.  It lives up to his name and legacy—and considering how old he was when he did it, it was a heroic effort—I don’t know how you could of expected anything more.

Yep... very strange... like did he even do a single interview for it?  I mean there’s some interviews from the artists who took part.. but no videos, no promotion, no interviews... and after the first month it’s like they weren’t even tracking it

Is there an instrumental album for Compton anywhere?
