Streaming platforms don't "steal" anyone's data. The data is handed over by subscribers. And not all data collection is some insidious conspiracy plot to turn the world into zombies

. Some technology actually exists to make people's lives easier, more efficient and enjoyable. Imagine that...

My issue with streaming is completely unrelated - it has to do with lossy sound quality, which some services are finally starting to address. Also, I personally like owning music - even if it's hi-res files on a hard drive instead of physical copies (mostly because CD standards are good but not the best), which is what I prefer nowadays anyway. Also, I don't want to have to depend on an internet connection to listen to music.

But staying on topic, Jayo should release a hi-res version of his classic album. That would be dope.
