I didn't know about more times.  I haven't been here long enugh to see te other 4 bans.  He has to have a record of some sort as to how many message boards he's been banned from.  He was kicked out of the West Coast Affiliates forum, and hopefully he'll be kicked out of this one once again.  Overseer should just ban his IP.
