That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?

I will say Reagan DID do a good job in finishing off the Soviet extremists, but helped Saddam amr up, so loses points.

With Thatcher, the Falklands were alright from her, but every single other action was negative.

Kohl...I used to like him. Then I looked at his record.

No offense intended...but do any of you (esp british) remember the late 70's and early/mid 80's well ?

I mean all the politics at the time...monetary...education systems and policies...links with other nations...the health service...the social fluxes at the time linked to jobs...mobility..migration etc
