Speaking of incredible lyricists, hip-hop’s original punch-rhymer Chino XL is working on his third LP. After two incredibly (and incredible) slept-on albums, heads better recognize this time around. “Poison Pen” is due out in the fall via Activate Records. Also be on the look out for Chino on the silver screen, he will star along side Kate Hudson in “Alex and Emma.” The movie comes out on June 20th...

Two more deaths in the hip-hop world...former Onyx member Big DS lost his battle to cancer, and southern rapper Camouflage was the victim of a murder. To make matters worse, he was gunned down in front of his 2 year old son. RIP...
