That's a hard question, depends on the situation.  If it was really bad(like if he fucked with my family etc.) and I caught him redhanded, infuriated in the spur of the moment I might kill him; but, if I had time to think about it, I would probably hunt him down, break his limbs and decapitate him.  I hope that day would never come though.
