What's the most terrible form of torture you can imagine?

I know this is a disgusting topic but I'm sure every human mind is sick enough to think up a torture that's too terrible to even think of for extended amounts of time.

One of the worst terrible tortures i can imagine is being hanged on your arms with your arms tied behind your back while hanging on the ceiling with a great weight tied around your ankles. This could be made even more painful if they've broken your arms before that.
 
Anyone in here who can surpass this cruelty,or if you don't,just post what comes into mind.

the worst torture I ever heard of actually happened during the vietnam war. They would capture american soldiers, and have an attractive vietnamiese woman play with your dick till it got hard, then they would take a very thin glass tube, and stick it as far down the dick hole as it would go, then bend your dick till the glass broke inside. It makes me want to die just thinking about it.

Psychological torture: Using TOT as a soapbox to insult people I don't actually know.

Physical torture: Getting your balls and teeth smashed with a hammer. Then your skin burned and peeled off. On top of that bein slashed all over your body and having alcohol and lemon juice poured on you.
