Most influential *Rap albums, None of these would be the most influential albums of all time outside of rap.

Peace~

lol this is where i step in  8)

1.
The Beatles "Revolver" 1966

plain and simple music as we've known it for the last 30 plus years wouldn't exist without this band really

2.
Black Sabbath "Paranoid" 1971

the best way i can explain this is ......this album had the EXACT same impact on music as Straight Outta compton had on rap

3.
Jimi Hendrix "Are you Experienced" 1967

when jimi dropped this album , he did two things. 1. found the EXACT equalibrium for lyrics and melody and 2. reinvented a way a musical instrument could be played, which is still coppied heavily today

4.
Led Zeppelin "IV"

This is here becuase  Zep is being coppied right and left in every form of music, this is their most eclectic album and you can apply every song to a certain genre , and each genre got started from these songs......i mean how many albums can claim that each song  gave birth to a new genre or reinvented one?

5.
the ramones "the ramones" 1977

without this record you don't have at least half of what's out there today, whether it be your nirvanas ...or your Roots, it's really the base of modern day counterculture that gave hip hop it's drive
