is 2pac, i mean thats how i heard of rap, from 2pac. In the middle east they don't play or sell alot of rap. When 2pac greatest hits was released , i came to a lot about rap and all. The usual stuff they played at that time was coolios gangstas paradise and 2pac's changes. So 2pac is pretty famous.

i agree with you...but i have to say that i think eminem is just as famous as pac is. i mean i have never heard anyone say "who's eminem" and if you think about it...the punk/gothic ppl dont like 2pac and most of them love eminem. hes just such a crazy motherfucker that hes made enough of a name for himself for everyone to know who he is and have heard atleast 2 or 3 songs.

yeah he does but em has the same. i know a bunch of them lol...and most famous doesnt necessarily mean more records sold. pac has sold more but as far as being famous...everyone knows them both and there are a lot of ppl who have never and would never buy a pac album that would and have bought eminem albums...and viceversa

yea i also remember the radios and shops playing eminem's im sllim shady at that time. SO Em and Pac id have to say finally. I remember once, back in Dubai, Coolio actually had a concert there.

You guys are crazy.  Snoop is the most famous rapper in the world.  You want proof? Ask somebody old if they've ever heard of Tupac, or eminem, I'll guarantee you they've heard of Snoop Doggy Dogg.  I know old white Jewish women who know who Snoop is.  Eminem's nowhere close, and Tupac didn't cross over as much as Snoop did.
