2 weekz ago i got in trouble...
im up on 5 charges 1 isnt very serious drunk n disorderly in a public place the rest are unfortunately very serious... not like murder manslaughter or accesory to muder not taht seriosu but serious enough
but i aint gon tell u wat da charges r
ima set the scene
at a bar a lot of witnesses like 20 of them
12 have written statements proven wat i did
the cops know what i did n i am guilty but the thing iz i can plead guilty n maybe try n get off on a lighter charge which could still end me up in heapsa shyt
or i could plea innocense where i can argue certain circumstance involving individuals which lead up and was the cause of what happened which will get me off lighter and get them in shit (which dont reall bother me)
or i can plead a form of insanity and if i can prove that i was in a state of insanity and my head wasn str8 at those points in time
i might get off nearly completely, but if i dont prove it ima get in hella deep shyt
i want advice on what yall think i should do
i already spoken to a certain few on dizz board who know whas happened n shit
n dont ask
caus im not gonna tell u wha happened
but i want yall from what ive told u what ur advice would b n how i should plead

Shit that some serious shit that dude.  I am sorry but I don't really know what to put but if there is like loads of witnesses then u are proberly gonna get done n e ways so maybe pleading guilty to waht you have done might reduce your sentance but I don't know man.

my friends are always getting into seep shit like this all the time and i'm always forking out the legal advise


it's always good to plead to what really happened becuase somtimes if you plea guilty it's alot better in the end than if you plea innocent (if there are gray areas)

pleading insanity can work but backfire becuase prosecutors will try to make you look dumb for doing it

my gut tells me to tell you to just plea what you feel cuz i don't know the circumstances

if you didn't have nothing to do with it plea innocent
if you were insane in the membrane than plea insanity

I doubt it would work if you plead innocent cause you said there were 12 witnesses that blamed you.

If you wanna take the risk than plead for insanity, but if you don't than I guess the best bet would be pleading guilty.

so it will be in like a high security detention centre
well not detention its jsut a jail for juveniles

yo i'm not trying to be all in your business but we really can't tell you exactly what you should do unless you tell us what you did man cuz its different with different charges and also it depends on if you had a previous criminal record for instance:

if you got some drug or rape charges then regardless of your previous record, you fucked about 70% sure

if you got into a fight or stole something then its more lesser and you might just get probation and ask for "deffer judgement" so then after youre done with your probation, the record will get erased(but thats if you go to adult court)

to be honest if you had a previous record that plays a good part cuz they'll try to use that against you and tell you shit like "well this ain't the first or whatever and then try to give you harsh sentence"

also you should get a private lawyer(very important)
and make sure to read every single documents that he gives you regarding his contract and court shit carefully through out the court period(trust me there will be some if not ton for you to read and agree or sign)

also sometimes it depends on the judge's mood you know what i mean? so you should get a real early morning court date(if you can)

and not to be racist or anything but it your like a minority(black, mexican, or asian whatever) then that MIGHT play a part cuz i'm telling you around here judges hate non-whites and thats in society in general so its nothing new

i'll help you more if you tell me what you did but if you don't want to do that thats fine i hope everything works out will man good luck
