Yeah, and yall named Homer Simpson greatest american.  At least we got somebody that actually existed.

lol i gotta prop you for this comment :P

Oh yeah, I read that, that was in Germany I think. Greatest Americans, and there was Homer Simpson... lol.

On another note, I think the greatest American... hum... Chief Joseph comes to mind, because he is Native American, and he surrendered everything he and his tribe had, to live. And for being a so-called savage by European standards, he was hella poetic. I have to give it to a Native, sorry. Greatest president, either Lincon or FDR, and more Patriotic, George Washington of course.

I need some proof of that comment, you're probably making it up to advance your liberal anti-american views.  I can back up my homer simpson claim.  Yes, englandeer's don't know the difference between a cartoon and a living, breathing american.  This also shows how ignorant europeans are, America is the most beautiful place on earth, and you folks imagine it full of fat yellow people.

I don't know if voting Jesus is true or not, someone said it.

What you are not understanding is that Homer Simpson got voted as the greatest not because everyone is ignorant but because he is a representation of America.

Ohhh, but Jesus can't be a representation of America?

So, lemme get this straight.

When it comes to the americans, whom the world regards as ignorant, they have to name actual americans for their list of greatest americans.

However, when it comes to england, they can name fantasy characters who are line drawings, and get away with it, because they don't mean it literally.

Double standard, as usual.  Your hypocrisy precedes you :)

Homer Simpson - an American created by Americans

Jesus - not American

Quite simple.

Homer Simpson - Recognizable as a cartoon by all but the infirm -

Jesus Christ - Recognizable as at least HUMAN.

I nailed you, just admit it, and move on.  It's alright in your mind for england to say homer's an american, but american's cant say Jesus is.

So you are saying that Homer Simpson is not an American character?  That he is not American?

Greatest Ever American

At least whoever voted for Homer named an American character.
Jesus clearly is not American (although I seem to remember you once saying that you think he came to America)

^^  Homer isn't a human being.  He's a yellow animation.  Now; when I think of humans, I think of the kind that are actual organisms; you know what I'm talking about, they move, they don't need somebody to draw them, etc. etc.

I'm just saying, if it's alright for england to say Homer simpson, then it's alright for americans to say Jesus.    Of course, since you're so bent on making americans out to be the stereotypical idiots you assume we all are, of course you think it's ignorance when we say jesus, but BRILLIANT Humour when Brits say Homer.

Greatest Ever American

Does that title specify:

a) It has to be human

or

b) It has to be American

Knock-out - Who nailed who?
