Why do people even like Ja Rule?

All of us agree Ja Rule sucks greatly as a rapper but why does he even have fans? I mean,his voice is horrible and his tracks suck.He isn't even handsome or something! If you ask me it's only because the media say he's a great artist and because of Jennifer Lopez & Ashanti that people even believe he is.

That is all of your opnion.... I share that opinion but its beacuse of opinions that he has fans. Some people like his music beacause they have different tastes.. I think you basiclly asked a  stupid question.

listen many girls, and guys dont like real rap, (nas, 2pac, biggie, etc.) but they like shit like ja rule and em (even though he shouldnt fit there) and even 50, becasue the get all the pop fans atention with their radio hits, and thats all ja rule has is pop  fans, because true rap fans know he is garbage

I dont like him as a person and nor wud I consider his music to be rap but I do consider his music to be pop/r&b and therefore he does release sum good bumpable summer tunes.

does Ja Rule himself say hes an MC?  I just see him as a musician....hes a hard worker...u gotta admit that. Me personally, I dont like him but some people just like MUSIC in general u know. A catchy song is a catchy song.
