Australia, Canada, and Switzerland all deserved to be ranked higher. I've never been to Norway or Iceland, so I can't argue with that. But, both Switzerland and Canada should be above the U.S. on the list. Also, where is the UAE on the list?

Switzerland is well nice but it is fucking expensive.  But that only affects tourists so i guess it don't matter.  All of the viking countries burn holes in wallets as well.
