Nope it ain't half baked.  It ain't even a stoner movie, but the actor who says the line plays a stoner.  It is an excellent movie made by that guy who made pulp fiction, I forget his name.

its Brad Pitt in True Romance.  I luv the scene where he says that.  If you haven't seen True Romance I definately recommend it.  It is a classic movie.  I have not seen resevoir dogs yet, but I hear it is an excellent movie.  Quinton Tarintino makes such good movies.
