I'm pretty sure that was D'mingo on "Flowers for the Dead" and not Tony Sunshine. But he was on a bunch of other songs off Cubans unreleased lp though. Like "Hey Mama" "Cheat on Her" (early advance version) "Still telling lies" "Taste Pastry" "Freak Out" (aka party and bullshit) and "No Sunshine." He also sings the hook on the unreleased Pun track "Loco Bannanas" which I'm still breaking my neck to find without dj's all over it. And on the Pun and Naughty by Nature track "We Could do IT"
