Madden 2003: Mine In Less Than Half an Hour

I just recieved a call from Funcoland... where I reserved my copy of Madden 2003... they said their shipment will arrive in less than half an hour and that I can pick it up tonight instead of tommorow when its available to the public... all funcolands are doing this tonight, however you must have a reserve to pick it up tonight... so.... im excited... leaving now... ill leave a review when I feel I have a good feel of it...

Alright... first off... I just played a game and did try some of the new mini camp features that have been added to this years version... and wow... the graphics are very similiar to last years, but the faces... omg, they are very well done... each face has it's own uniqueness now... very solid on that... the controls are a lot tighter and smooth...you can squirm and do a lot shit now... like my running back did little squirms to try and get through his blockers... also... there is gang tackling now... which is a tackle that is more than one person... AWESOME!!!!!  This dude grabbed my half back from the top, while another grabbed me from the bottom.... and they tackled me quite well... but it's awesome seeing him break away from two defenders.... its a struggle... but it's sweet....

now for the mini camp mode... damn, i heard about it all year, but never was amped for it, but since it's new to this years version, i tried it out... holy shit is fun.... not only is it fun, but it really helps you with shit... like my favorite one is where you try to intercept passes... there are three different targets and a football machine shoots the balls at each target and you have to try and intercept the pass without it hitting the target... tipping the ball will work too... then there is a defensive line drill where you try to bust through the line to get a target... fun fun fun.... ill be having fun with this tonight.... that's all ive done so far, but man im enjoying it

and wassup with the online gaming......how does that work exatcly?

the online option for madden expires after a year,so after august 31,2003 you wont be able to play it online anymore

That is correct... but since the online gaming feature hasn't started yet, i can't say how it is... it starts Aug 27th... the only reason you can play this game till next year is because then you'll have 2004 to worry about
