spooning has alot of different meanings..

if a couple is spooning they are most likely just lying right next to each facing the same direction.. like spoons

like if the guys feet were under the girls feet, his dick on her asscrack, his chest on her shoulder blades.. watchin tv or some shit..

the gist of it is that they are lying like spoons..

it also has a sexual meaning but im not sure exactly what it is, but you get the point anyway..
