Everton sing YOBO!

Joseph Yobo who of course if anybody actually did not watch the England Nigeria game and not fall asleep after 15 mins will know he had a solid game and he looks a really good player.  Everton have singed him from Marseille for 5million.  Its a fantastic signing for us and hopefully now Stubbs and Wier will have a but of pressure for there center back position and you he can also play center midfield so Gemmill can get the fuck out.  Really good signing tho for David Moyes first.

I hear the Arsenal board has imposed a transfer block on Wenger after he signs Cygan unless he sells someone

He's desperately trying to cast off Kanu and/or Wiltord but there's little interest

Its Ashburton Grove (new stadium) thats restricting funds, and we badly need to bolster our defence and midfield, im sure Wenger will pull something off though.

You see Macarone went 'Boro? i think he'll do well especially if Juninho signs.

Yer me 2 I think Maccarone is a great player, I have only seen a bit of him but what I have seen is good and I think he will gives defences problems.

Jay Yobo hasent fucked up his career at all, he is 21 and he seems to know what he is doing by signing for Everton.  We are a great club, and may I add the ONLY club in the world that are celebrating 100 seasons in top flight football.  He knows we are a good club and he knows that as he is only 21 and Wier and Stubbs are both in there 30's, he knows that if he settles well and he likes the club and the area it will not be too long before he is starting and finishing each game for us and captaining us.  Also with are new stadium which WILL be build i think he knows that it will not be too long before Everton are yet again worldwide known and we are playing with the big boys.

He's on a years loan BTW

Meanwhile at Old Trafford.......

Nothing is happening.  We'll get Rio in the end as soon as Venables and Risdale can engineer the situation to look to the Leeds fans as if it is totally a Rio wanting to go situation rather than a Leeds have to sell him situation.  We're going to blow almost our whole transfer kitty on one player at around £30 million.
We need a decent goalkeeper because Barthez is far too much a liability, Silvestre is awesome going forward but he is DODGY defence wise, Brown has had 3 seasons of shit now, injuries or not, he has never really demonstrated any ability at all.

Plus I hear nobody wants to pay for Veron, although Lazio want to swap him for Sorin and Lopez, both would be similarly dodgy hit or miss signings.  I would be very tempted to sell Scholes personally, to give everyone who thinks their position is secure such as Giggs, Beckham, Butt, Neville G a kick up the backside and also raise more cash.  I badly want Duff but he is closer to signing a new contract at Blackburn or signing for Liverpool than signing for us.  Oh well, it could be far worse.

He aint on loan at all, he has singed a deal  with us for a yeara and then at the end of the year he has the choice to sign another contract for anotehr 4 years.  He aint on loan at all he HAS singed for us but he can leave at the end of the season if he wants.  We have paid 5 million for him so if we get rid of him at the end of the season will will have to aim for more money than that back./

I heard your after Rustu, he's a good goalie, much better then Barthez, and i think the Rio deal is as good as sealed, their just trying to make it look like Venables is doing all he can too keep him, so that when Rio goes, Leeds fans dont turn on Venables. I dont think Veron will leave, Cragnotti loves the bloke, but Fergie wont accept a low bid for him, he aint a mug, he'll hold out for at least £18 mill, otherwise Veron aint going nowhere imo.

Newcastle got Viana, for £8 mil i believe, i watched him during the U21 Euro Championships, he looks good and also Bramble, who i wasnt impressed with last season. Liverpool are in for Bowyer and Everton for Richard Wright.

Yer we really do need a keeper tho.

If we dont get Poom who I dont really rate n e way I think we should try to get Richard Wright on a loan but if Arsenal need him they can call him back straight away.  That would be good for us.  We really do need a keeper cause Gerrard is shite and Simosen is ok, I think he will be a good keep in about 2 oe 3 seasons time but right now hes still only average.  We need a Wright o a good experinced keeper. I dont think Poom will do the job for us.  Dont get me wrong he is good but for 4 million I dont really think it would be money well spent.
